Today is Tim's birthday so he took the day off and we went to the zoo...
Tim and Lucas got to feed the Giraffes..they have VERY long tounges!
We got to see Tambi the elephant take a bath! We actually know the elephant trainer- her name is Nikki. She actually gave us a "back-stage" peek at the elephant and we got to touch her and then take a family photo with her...unfortunately we didn't check the camera right away and the pictures didn't turn out. We are soooo bummed!

Here is the birthday boy giving Lucas a ride- He liked being able to see the animals above the crowd on daddy's shoulders!
Miss Lilly is actually 6 months old today! Happy 1/2 birthday Lilly!
After the zoo we celebrated with ice cream cake! I don't think Lucas quite understood that the ice cream WAS the cake. Lilly can't have ice cream yet so she decided to eat one of daddy's cards! Happy Birthday to the love of my life!
