Jump Up Jump Up and Get Down!

We did some jumping this past weekend not only because Hannah and Allie were in town but also b/c we went here. It is an indoor Moonwalk adventure and it is only $7 a child and adults are free! I was trying to think of something fun (and inexpensive) to do with the kids since the weather has been so crummy and this was perfect. It's not very big but its different and can definitely wear out your kids!
Bouncing Hannah Banana!
Allie found a place for 3 and under to play!
This is Lilly saying "Come on Cuz! Let's go!"
And even the daddy's had fun!
This was Hannah saying goodbye to Lilly. Lilly would giggle, then Hannah would put her down again and Lilly would hold her arms back out to be picked up, it was too cute! We had fun guys! Hope we see you again soon!

Slingin-it and Clippin-it

Ok, so I have some pretty amazing girlfriends, most in Indiana but a few scattered about the country and I do have to say that I am truly blessed by how amazing and talented they each are. Many of my friends are fellow mommies, and I have to admit that I look to many of them for advice and nods that my children are normal. I also look to many of them and wander...how do you do it?
I also am lucky enough to say that my two fellow co-workers, Emily and Julie are great friends and are the ones who got me into blogging. Emily is an expert blogger and has recently gotten into many giveaways. The latest and greatest is for a Mod Mum baby-sling. They have AMAZING designer patterns and are very practical and simple to use without any adjustments. Emily is totally into babywearing as you can see from her blog and I thought if I could still try this with Lilly, or if I have another, or to give away to one of my friends (someone is always pregnant). Check-out Mod-Mum styles (my favorite is Emma) and Emily's great giveaway and maybe before you know it you will be wearing your baby!

Here is Miss Em and her darling little Nola in a Mod Mum sling.

Also, wanted to let everyone know about my friend Julie's new adventure! She has recently gotten into making beautifully hip hair clips at a very reasonable price! Check out her page on Etsy, her company name is Glamorous Girl (which is adorable) and the clips are definitely made to make your girl look glamorous!Congrats Julie and I will be placing my order soon!

More Famous Pics!

Wanted to share more of Lucas' great photo skills. Actually got Lilly's face in this time!
And the best dad in the world!
Lilly and Mommy (and Steve in the background)

This is my favorite shot. Not only because of the obvious picture of his own feet but b/c if you'll notice his legs are naked also which probably means he was wearing only a shirt and by only a shirt, I mean ONLY a shirt. So... we are just glad nothing else is shown in this picture. :) Really need to start working on the whole potty training NOT naked thing. Hmmmm.

Such a Cheese!

Miss Lilly is such a cutie head. This is the cheesy smile she gives all the time. Here she is in the midst of a big Valentines Day cookie. God has truly blessed us with such a happy little girl. She is always laughing and smiling. Her laugh is contagious and her and Lucas will just laugh back and forth at eachother. This cheesy grin is what brings a smile to my face everyday, what makes you smile? :)

Gotta love playdates!

Ethan, Evan, Lucas and Lilly...all playing together...with smiles?
Neil and Lucas...under construction.
Ashtin, Jenna, Piper and Lucas enjoying a chocolate treat!

Playdates are the best! I think they are really for the moms (and/or dads). The kids seem to entertain themselves and we get to catch up with eachother. The top two pictures are actually playdates/take care of gimpy Melinda. Both Kelley and Jamie each took 1/2 day during my recovery to come and not only watch my kids but also help take care of me. The day Kelley came she brought a ton of food with her and when Jamie was here she cleaned part of my house (Yes, it is true Dave...Jamie can clean if she wants to!).
The last picture is from this past Friday. The first big adventure out of the house...and it included chocolate cupcakes from Julie and lunch from Emily! Thanks to all my friends and all their support during my recovery! God has truly blessed and surrounded me with amazing people.
